Work Instructions
The FIPAQ® generates the Work Instructions from the Process Flow Diagram and the Control Plan in accordance with the Technical Specification ISO/TS 16949:2002, and it has a space to insert images. The FIPAQ® has the capability to print the work instructions up to 6 different formats, including the Setup Sheet Record for each operation of the manufacturing processes.

Measurement System Analysis

Initial Process Studies
The FIPAQ® complies rigorously the initial process studies in accordance with the Reference Manual of Statistical Process Control 1st. Edition – AIAG, and it presents the results of the process capability indexes (Pp, PpK, Cp, Cpk, Cr and Pr), the assessment of sampling normality (Histogram and Analytic method) and the control charts (Mean x Range or Individual x Moving Range) for stability analysis.
